Booking requirements

Groups of 8-24 people

• For parties of 8-24 people, it is possible to change or cancel entirely at no cost up to 21 days before the reservation date. Less than 21 days before the reservation and up to 96 hours before arrival, a maximum reduction of 10% in the number of guests for the party can be made at no cost. After this period, the full price per guest will be charged.

Groups of 25-65 people

• For parties of 25 or more guests, a deposit of 25% of the per-guest price is required to be paid no later than 15 days after the receipt of the order confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit should be transferred via 6845 – 0002296848, and the company’s name as well as the date of the Christmas lunch should be noted during the payment.
• For parties of 25 or more guests, it is possible to change or cancel entirely at no cost up to 28 days before the reservation date. Less than 28 days before the reservation and up to 96 hours before arrival, a maximum reduction of 5% in the number of guests for the party can be made at no cost. After this period, the full price per guest will be charged

About the booking

• Your reservation starts at 6:00 PM unless otherwise agreed upon. 
• The free bar starts at 6:00 PM regardless of which package is purchased.
• Upon arrival, you will be given a wristband that must be presented at the bar for the free bar.
• The food will be served as a buffet at 6:30 PM, and it will be served in 3 rounds (starter, main course, and dessert), with approximately 1-hour intervals.
• Any allergens must be disclosed at the time of booking, and the kitchen will then find alternatives. 

Payment

The payment is typically made on the evening of the event, but if you prefer otherwise, this should be specified in the booking request. However, this option is only available to companies, larger parties, or institutions with a minimum of 16 people.
